Our masterbatches are reactive colourants which will be fully integrated in the castnylon macromoleculs by polymerisation. For the production of these masterbatches we use absolutely homogenizable colourants and additives free of cadmium and heavy metals. Thereby we have a guarantee of an optimal distribution in the final product, even colouring and antimigration (blood out of the colour pigments from the final product). After addition of the masterbatch into the melted caprolactam there is no risk of sedimentation even after hours of storage.
All colourants will be delivered in solid state with a melting point of ~70 °C. Because of this low melting point you it will easy dissolve in the caprolactam.
Our Masterbatches are available in the colours black, blue , yellow , green , olive and red .
