We have developed a special castnylon-oil which can be mixed with caprolactam. The addition is very simple. The oil can be added in both parts of the melt without preheating. The result for the final product is that the lubrication effect will be enormly increased and the abration will be reduced. We talk here about an Oilon-material.
The colour of the oil is water-clear and that's why the natural colour of the final product doesn't change. Therefore the material can be coloured with our masterbatch in one operation step.
